AUGUST 30, 2011 –TUESDAY:
@ 7:12 am. Harassment. Stokes Ave. Victim (Rosie Clarke) stated suspect (Shannon Logan) started a verbal altercation with her at their children’s bus stop. Suspect boyfriend “Rock” came out and also started arguing with the victim.
@ 11:59 am. Recovered Stolen Motorcycle. Community Dr. Complainant (Robert Ross) stated an unknown suspect left a stripped down motorcycle leaning against the back of his property. Bike was found to have been stolen from Columbus, Georgia.
@ 12:40 pm. Domestic Dispute. Harris Rd. Complainant (Amanda L. Sigers) stated during an exchange of marital property, both her and suspect (Christopher Sigars) began arguing over personal matters.
@ 5:19 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd. Wal-Mart. Victim (Jeffrey D. Miller) stated he was in Wal-Mart when he saw his ex-girlfriend/suspect (Brandi Echo Hicks) and his son. He approached them to speak to his son when the suspect told him that if he came near his son again she would kill him.
@ 8:06 pm. Cruelty to Animal 2nd. Private Rd 1332. Ozark Police Department received a call concerning neglected animals. Upon officer’s arrival, they found a dog detained in a kennel with no food, water or shelter. Upon further investigation, officers observed a deceased dog and ferret on the back porch area and also found a sick goat.
@ 10:00 pm. Domestic Dispute. Elizabeth Dr. Complainant (Devonte Jackson) stated he and suspect/cousin
(Jeffrey Eaton) were wrestling around for fun. Complainant stated when he started getting the best of his cousin, his cousin started getting aggressive.

Timothy David-Lee Burgess – Failure to Appear. 451 East Eufaula St. 42 YO
