OZARK, AL - On 12/30/2014 the Dale County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Ozark Police Department executed a search warrant in the 200 Blk of John D. Seifert Rd in Ozark. During the search Investigators located multiple stolen firearms, electronic gaming systems, power equipment and other miscellaneous items. Investigators were able to connect the stolen items to multiple burglaries in the Ozark, Enterprise and Skipperville area. Investigators also recovered marihuana from inside the residence.
Subsequent searches and further investigation based off the search warrant on John D. Seifert resulted in the recovery of additional stolen firearms and an additional arrest.
We are asking the public’s help in locating any additional stolen firearms and property in these cases. If you have traded or purchased any items from these individuals you may be in possession of stolen property please contact Dale County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Billy Crawford. Our investigation is ongoing and we do anticipate additional arrests. We are urging anyone with information on Rozar and Wiggins to please come forward.
