After a vicious otter attacked an 8-year-old boy and his grandmother, leaving both seriously injured, a popular Washington state beach was closed and officials were on the hunt for the animal.
"He's screaming and I see him go back under water. This thing obviously was heavy enough to where it took him under," said the grandmother, who rescued the boy.
The animal may have been spotted Tuesday, but was not captured. If caught, it will likely be euthanized.
