On August 31, 2011 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following the investigation of credit card fraud. Investigators say they arrested Tony Henderson after discovering he fraudulently used a credit card issued to the victim in this case at a local Dothan business. The case has now been closed following yesterday’s arrest.
· Tony Ray Henderson, white male, 48 years of age, of Avon, Alabama was arrested and charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card with a $2,500 bond.
