MOBILE, Ala. (AP) — Authorities say a 50-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Mobile.
Authorities say Bobby Ray Phillips was walking along a roadway Monday about 6:40 a.m. when he was struck by a vehicle. Officials say Phillips was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Investigators are looking for possible witnesses to the accident. Anyone with information is asked to call the Mobile Police Department.
