A Georgia mother is dead and her longtime boyfriend is in jail. Police found the body of 37-year-old Tonya Bray Sunday morning in a car. They say she'd been shot in the head. Jeffery Jones turned himself in shortly after police found the body.
He admitted to shooting Jones. Despite this, an investigation is still underway.
