OZARK: Early Saturday morning Ozark Attorney Jimmy Fuqua was killed in a motor vehicle accident in Dale County.
The funeral visitation will be on Momday from 5 PM to 7 PM.
The funeral services will be on Tuesday, April 3rd, at the First United Methodist Church in Ozark at 11 AM.
Mr. Fuqua has been a long time practicing attorney in Ozark and Dale County Alabama for years. His father started Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home and was a member of the Ozark City Council for years.
Mr. Fuqua was a well respected practicing attorney in Ozark.
Update : A single-vehicle crash at 2:15 a.m. today claimed the life of a Dale County man. The crash occurred approximately one mile north of Newton. James Robert Fuqua, 59, of Ozark was killed when the 2001 Lexus LS 430 he was driving traveled off of the roadway and struck a tree. Fuqua was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He was pronounced dead on the scene
