On Monday April 16, 2012 at approximately 3pm, Webb Police Chief Chris Jerkins was notified of a suspicious person in the area of Dexter Street in Webb. Chief Jerkins arrived within minutes and observed a subject matching the suspect's description near Cypress Street in Webb. Chief Jerkins detained the subject and made a check of his identification through Houston County dispatch. The subject was identified as 33 year old Isaac Mount. The check determined that the subject had walked away from The Southeast Alabama Medical Center's Behavior Medicine Unit, and was reported to Dothan Police as escaped. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and turned over to Dothan Police.
