Ozark Police- Who has been bad

MARCH 15, 2012 THURSDAY:

@ 6:14 am. Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Larry Ct. Victim (Candace M. Gardner) stated suspect (Matthew J. Wilson) took her vehicle and money without permission.

@ 12:21 pm. Duty to Give Information and Render Aid. E.O.C.C. Complainant (Daniel C. Grahm) reported an unknown suspect hit his mother’s vehicle while it was parked in the student parking lot. Suspect left the premises without reporting the incident.

@ 5:17 pm. Theft of Property 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd. Briarhill Ct. Victim (Kuprika L. Reynolds) stated suspect (Gary Carson) took her vehicle without permission. She later reported the vehicle being back in her possession. Victim also stated suspect removed items from the vehicle without her knowledge.

@ 6:22 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Wooden Ln. Victim (Rickey L. Outlaw) stated suspect (Richard L. Outlaw) came to his residence and removed $20.00 without permission and left the premises.

@ 10:11 pm. Harassment. U.S. Hwy 231. Victim (Ashley N. Hayes) stated she and an unknown suspect verbally argued over suspect making a purchase. Victim stated when she asked suspect to leave; he made threats of bodily harm towards her.

@ 10:27 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd. Laurel Ct. Victim (Justin D. Stanford) stated him and suspect (Annette Matthews) were arguing over personal matters. Victim stated suspect grabbed a bat and hit him in the ear.

@ 11:10 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassing Communications. Flowers Ave. Victim (Mary K. Garner) stated suspect (Derrick L. Ross) broke into her residence and damaged property in several rooms. Suspect continues to send her threatening text and voice mails suggesting he will do more damage to her property.

@ 11:54 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassing Communications. Smith Ave. Victim (Shannon M. Sasser) stated suspect (Justin K. Sasser) continuously calls her cell phone using obscene language and making threats of bodily harm.

ARRESTS:

Annette Matthews – Domestic Violence 3rd, Assault. 214 Laurel Ct. 40 YOA.

Anthony Lee Siples – Assault 3rd. 716 Newton Ave. 18 YOA.
