MARCH 21, 2012 WEDNESDAY:
@ 7:50 am. Theft of Property 3rd. Hwy 231. Complainant (Mary Hunter) stated an unknown suspect entered the store, shoved an item into his jacket pocket and left the premises without paying.
@ 8:26 am. Public Lewdness. Crosby Vision. Victim (Debbie Hughes) stated while she was sitting at her desk suspect (Sean Morgan) began urinating on the window.
@ 1:30 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment. Rebecca Ln. Victim (Debora W. Farnsworth) stated suspect (John C. Davis) came to her residence to pick up property belonging to him. Victim refused to give suspect the item. Suspect began to yell and shout profanities at victim. Victim grabbed suspect, who pulled away and drove out of the yard.
@ 1:40 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment. Rebecca Ln. Victim (John C. Davis) stated he went to his parent’s residence to get property belonging to him. Suspect (Deborah W. Farnsworth) refused to give victim the property. Suspect poked victim and grabbed his arm. Suspect pulled away and left the yard.
@ 2:51 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. CVS, Andrews Ave. Complainant (Nikki L. Cobb) stated an unknown suspect entered the store, placed items in a white plastic bag and left the store without paying.
@ 7:57 pm. Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle. S. Merrick Ave. Victim (William D. Ezell) stated an unknown suspect struck his vehicle and left the scene without reporting the incident.
