Convenience store clerks robbed at gunpoint



COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Columbus police need your help tracking down a suspect who robbed a convenience store clerk at gunpoint.  
It happened at 4 am Sunday morning.
A man wearing a du-rag on his face came into the Circle K gas station on Miller Road and had what appeared to be a gun in his coat pocket.
He forced the clerk to give him money from the cash register before he ran away.        
No injuries were reported.              
The suspect is described as a black man in his late teens or early 20s, around 5'11, weighing about 160 pounds.
He was wearing a jacket with the words "Judo Team" across the back and white stripes down the sleeves.        
Anyone with information on the armed robbery is asked to call Columbus police at 706-653-3400.
