OZARK POLICE DEPARTMENT DAILY CRIME BULLETIN – who was bad




@ 1:17 am. Domestic Dispute. Glenway. (Cassie Maynor) and (Ronnie Caldwell) were arguing over personal matters. 

@ 2:10 am. Domestic Dispute. County Road 15. (Tonya D. Money) and (Christopher L. McLain) were arguing over personal matters.

@ 4:53 am. Domestic Dispute. Emma Avenue. (Marilyn G. Anderson) and (Sam Richardson) were arguing over personal matters. @ 5:45 am. Domestic Violence 3rd. Apple Circle. Victim (Angekwon K. Wiggins) stated she and the suspect (Elgin Smith) were arguing over personal matters. The suspect became physical, hitting the victim in the head and face with a closed fist. 

@ 6:27 am. Domestic Dispute. Evergreen Avenue. (Tamara Lutz) and (Brandon Griffin) were arguing over personal matters. 

@ 10:01 am. Domestic Dispute. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. (Lakisha Graham) and (Stephen Jackson) were arguing over personal matters. 

@ 10:59 am. Recovered Stolen Property. Andrews Avenue. Complainant (Joyce McGowan) reported the business received a U-Haul auto transport that had been reported stolen out of Montgomery, Alabama. 
@ 11:36 am. Theft of Property 2nd. Hudson Dr. Complainant (Martin Spears) stated suspect/ex-employee (Levi James Bell) took a laptop and a cell phone belonging to the company and pawned them without permission. 

@ 11:56 am. Criminal Mischief 2nd. Dove St. Victim (Stanley Senn) stated an unknown suspect used a brick to bust out the front windshield of the victim’s truck.
 
@ 1:18 pm. Resisting Arrest/Disorderly Conduct. Briarhill Ct. Suspect (Arthur Cooper) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. 

@ 3:02 pm. Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st.  S. Union Avenue. Complainant (Maribeth Dykes) found a fifty dollar bill that look suspicious. The bill was identified by an investigator to be counterfeit. 
@ 6:51 pm. Criminal Mischief 2nd. Hwy 27 E. Victim (Amanda S. Whitehead) stated suspect (Raymond E. Phillips) kicked her driver’s side door twice causing damage. 

@ 8:13 pm. Domestic Violence Protection Order Enforcement Act. Broad Street. Victim (Kyndra K. Young) stated suspect (Joshua L. Gissendanner) followed her in his vehicle. Victim believes suspect followed and passed her in a manner to harass and annoy the victim.

ARRESTS:
Arthur Cooper – Resisting Arrest/Disorderly Conduct. 186 Briarhill Ct. 41 YOA.

Sam Richardson – Publix Intoxication. 226 Emma Avenue. 53 YOA.

Tracy Michael Shiflett – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Marijuana 2nd. 40 YOA.
