@ 10:22 am.  Identity Theft.  Ozark.  Victim (Derrick D. McHenry) stated an unknown suspect used his personal information to file taxes.

@ 11:21 am.  Criminal Trespass 3rd.  CR 20.  Victim (Lydia M. Dooley) stated an unknown suspect parked in her yard without permission.

@ 12:05 pm.  Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd.  Orange Ln.  Victim (Ashley Z. Smith-Cooper) stated suspect (Adrin D. Wilson) took property from her residence without permission.

@ 2:52 pm.  Promote Prison Contraband 2nd.  Adams St.  Suspect (Lamar R. Griffin) was found to have marijuana in his possession while at the jail.

@ 3:00 pm.  Assault 2nd.  Spirit Gas Station.  Victim (Thomas Allison) stated suspect (Scott McCord) struck him in the head with a hammer during an altercation.  

@ 5:19 pm.  Missing Person.  Meadowlake Dr. Complainant (Jerry W. Edgar) stated that victim (Margaret Edgar) had left the home and was unable to be located.  Victim was later found and returned to her family.  

@ 5:45 pm.  Criminal Mischief 3rd.  Hull St.  Victim (Harold Martin) stated an unknown suspect broke the window on the front door of a residence.

@ 6:03 pm.  Harassing Communications.  Dale Co. Court House.  Victim (Linda K. Johnson) stated suspect (Jill C. Southerland) sent her a threatening text.

@ 8:33 pm.  Theft of Property 3rd.  E. Broad St.  Complainant (Penelope A. Kline) stated an unknown suspect pumped fuel and left the premises without paying.

James Scott Boroughf – Public Intoxication.  217 Byrd Cir.  47 YOA.

Lamar Rodriquez Griffin – Promote Prison Contraband 2nd/Failure to Appear.  1948 CR 38.  24 YOA.

Dennis Ray Johnson – Domestic Violence 3rd, Harassment.  428 Highland Ave.  45 YOA.

Scott McCord – Assault 2nd.  11465 E. Hwy 27.  44 YOA.

Christopher Paul Quinn – Failure to Appear.  626 Johntown Rd.  30 YOA.
