OZARK POLICE- WHO HAS BEEN BAD

DECEMBER 13, 2011 –  TUESDAY: 
@ 1:20 pm. Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 2nd. Whittle Hudson. Victim (Lindsay B. Seals) stated suspect (Dallas Bottorff) forced entry through a window and removed property without permission
. 
@ 1:34 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Wal-Mart. Complainant (Ernest S. Johnson) stated suspect (Jodeci Johnson) was observed placing items in her purse and attempting to leave the store without paying. 

@ 4:27 pm. Domestic Violence 3rd. Garland Ave.  Victim (Ashley E. Etheredge) stated suspect (Andrew Jae Snyder) came to her residence and asked to talk. After talking a few minutes, suspect grabbed victim and threw her to the floor. 

@ 8:21 pm. Theft of Lost Property 3rd. Wal-Mart. Victim (Wanda Gonzalez) stated she dropped her wallet in an aisle. When victim located her wallet she found money was missing.

DECEMBER 14, 2011 –  WEDNESDAY: 
@ 7:43 am. Duty Upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle. Hampton Inn. Victim (William G Irvin) stated an unknown suspect struck his vehicle and failed to report the incident. 

@ 8:30 am. Burglary 3rd/Theft of Property 3rd. 315 Eagle Way. Complainant (Richard A. McInturf) stated an unknown suspect gained entry to the concession stand and items without permission. 

@ 9:08 am. Practicing Law without a License. W. Reynolds. Victim (Angela Truitt) stated suspect (Jacqueline Franklin-Hazel) was hired to perform legal work for the victim.  Suspect took payment but failed to render services. 

@ 11:20 am. Theft of Property 2nd. County Rd 50. Victim (Alma Crowder) stated an unknown suspect entered the victim’s property and removed property without permission. 

@ 11:48 am. Domestic Dispute. Logan Rd. (Charles Weaver) and (Robert Greer) were arguing over personal matters. 

@ 12:30 pm. Allowing Animals to Run at Large. Robin Parker Rd. Animal Control received a call concerning llamas in a citizen’s yard. Suspect (Rhonda Whittington) is allowing her llamas to roam the neighborhood because she doesn’t know how to catch them. 

@ 4:53 pm. Giving False Information to Law Enforcement. Matthews Ave. Suspect (Shelly D. Richards) was stopped for a traffic violation. Suspect gave officer false personal information.
 
@ 5:36 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Hillcrest St. Victim (Danielle N. Peavy) stated an unknown suspect removed a bike from her residence without permission.

@ 5:50 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Huntington Dr. Victim (Lucinda M. Tiffany) stated suspect (Ashley Weller) took possessions from her residence and refuses to return them.
 
@ 6:00 pm. Identity Theft. Westview Dr. Victim (Trisha G. Moon) stated an unknown suspect used her debit card number without permission.
 
@ 8:21 pm. Domestic Dispute. Kangaroo Station. (Eileen L. Miller) and (Layman Crittenden) were arguing over personal matters.

Shelly Donovan Richards – Giving False ID to Law Enforcement (x2)/Driving While License Suspended/Failure to Dim Lights. 262 Camilla Ave. 22 YOA
