@ 9:11 am. Domestic Dispute. County Rd 221. (Christy Pugh) and (Mark Posey) were arguing over personal matters. 

@ 11:14 am. Reckless Endangerment. Eagle Way. Victim (Kyle R. Bast) stated suspect (Nicole H. Thomley) drove into his lane causing him to swerve to avoid striking suspect. Victim believes the act was intentional. 

@ 4:19 pm. Theft of Property 2nd. Claybank Apts.  Complainant (Michael J. Chadwick) stated an unknown suspect removed his 2-way radio without permission. 

@ 4:56 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Wal-Mart. Complainant (Ernest S. Johnson) stated suspect (Marcus Ramon Matthews) concealed items and attempted to leave the store without paying. 

@ 8:21 pm. Theft of Property 3rd. Andrews Ave. Victim (Theresa B. McSwain) stated an unknown suspect removed the self illuminating lights from her front porch.
